Growing up in San Diego, California, Bob and Jake started in the industry at very young ages. Both learned the trades from their fathers and grandfathers.

Years of experience include:

• Union drywall hanger, framer, and finisher
• Union wood and metal framer
• General Superintended for major drywall companies in Southern California, with over 400 employees.
• Started and operated a Family run business, Gardner Drywall, for 20 years. Included Grandfather, Father, Sons, and Cousins; and over 75 employees
• Project Manager for Tak Construction, which involved remodels of Macy’s Department Stores around the United States
• Project Manager for Hilo Hawaiian Homes, built over 100 homes in Hilo and Kona, Hawaii
• Remodeled and renovated over 50 REO properties in San Diego for Tri Coast & Quality First Real Estate
• Home Inspector for Accurated Inspections, FEMA certified and over 1500 inspections
• Remodeled and built homes and commercial office spaces in the Gallatin Valley and Southwestern, Montana area, including a 10,000 square foot commercial office and 9,600 square foot 4-plex
